We believe that good After-Sales support is vital. We know that you can buy your equipment from other people but not everyone offers you good support both before and after the sale.
- We do not keep stock. We sell you what you want, not what we have on the shelf.
- We test every piece of equipment before it is delivered.
- We will install it for you or give you advice on doing it yourself.
- If you have problems we will help you resolve them, either on the phone or in person.
- Our staff have first hand experience of most of the software we sell and can usually offer instant advice if you are experiencing difficulty.
So it is not surprising that we are not always the cheapest, though we do try to be competitive.
